Portland
Portland is easternmost borough located in the GTA III Era rendition of Liberty City. It is the first island the player encounters in all the three GTA III Era games based in Liberty City (Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories).
